What was the highlight of Hotel Puerto de Las Nieves

Recommended for couples.

The room was way much bigger than I expected, and it was clean. Staff was really friendly and helpful. The location of the hotel is also really good. The breakfast was superb. I really liked the buffet!

The furniture is a bit old, but works. I didn't need to use the parking, but it looked a bit difficult to access..

Breakfast not great. Old "vibe" about the place. Not bad but maybe best for older couples

Very large room, good breakfast, on site parking easy in low season.

The air conditioner struggles a bit to keep the room cool.

A pleasant nights stay.

Location is good. I only stayed one night. Staff are friendly but when I checked in I asked about spa not very forthcoming. I asked again in morning and I was told it was 6€ an hour. I wanted a massage but it was masseuse day off so I left it. Room was clean and bed was comfortable. Breakfast was ok I preferred cold stuff which had a good variety.

Very large room, location near to harbour, restaurants and bus stop. Good breakfast and pleasant staff.

Wonderful

Great hotel with spa facilities, underground parking and huge rooms. Staff was very friendly. Excellent location, a stone throw away from the port and fish restaurant, less than 10 minutes walk from the natural pools.

Wonderful

Room was spacious enough, clean and cosy. Furniture could benefit from renovation, but for the price it's unbeatable. Breakfast was fine and the stuff friendly. You can reach restaurants in 5 minutes by foot and natural pools in about 10.

Excellent hotel, Poor Breakfast.

Location was good just a couple of minutes walk from the sea.

Breakfast was horrible. they did a hot breakfast which was cold no matter what time you were there, coffee machines did not function properly, you press cappuccino and got chocolate toaster so old after using to toast you had to turn it off. All in all not a good experience in the breakfast room.

Easy to find, VERY clean, good breakfast and a HUGE room.

The hotel is a bit dated, and its colour schemes are very dark. So the room was quite finister. Parking garage below the below unrealistically tight - scratched the hire car.

Very Good

The Hotel is very impressive and seems to be a old high class Hotel. Of course now the interiour is a bit old but still it is nice and the room had everything I needed including a big terrasse. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The Hotel includes a Wellness Area were I chose a massage which was super for a reasonable price. Breakfast was good and plenty (incl. different breads, fruit, cake...) in a nice and light breakfast room.

Not really anything to mention here.

Perfectly fine but let down by inattentive staff.

Great room, great location. Hotel is very pleasant, possibly slightly jaded.

We waited 10 minutes for the receptionist to finish a phone call before we could check in. This isn’t what you need at the end of a long journey. For our check out, the man behind the desk made eye contact after around a minute as he was engrossed in some computer activity. He grunted and rang the bell twice in 10 minutes. As no appropriate receptionist was available we left as the room bill had been settled prior to our stay.

The staff was really friendly and helpful. The rooms were nicely furnished in a classic way. Great balcony with table and chairs and sun chairs too! Everything was very clean. Great location, close to the harbour.

The breakfast was very basic. The doors were very thin so you could hear everything that was going on around you.
